I am an Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Mindfulness teacher, first and foremost a holistic practitioner. As an Acupuncturist I have always had a special interest in stress related conditions, this was the first driving force behind becoming an Acupuncturist, and remains my passion today, which is why I am so happy to be able to offer Mindfulness training.
I have worked one to one with clients for more than 30 years, and I prefer to offer the Mindfulness course one to one, and to couples who want to embark on this amazing journey together.
The teachers who I turn to for inspiration include Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Flint Sparks, Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh.
I regularly attend meditation retreats to deepen my own practice and to learn from different teachers, it is only from my own experience of the practices that I can share them with you effectively.
I am the mountain
